AQR’s ambition is to distribute our leading edge tools and techniques to every territory in the world. Our tools already have been translated into several languages which already allow us to operate in 75% of the world market. To do this in the most efficient way possible we operate through a number of channels:

PARTNERSHIPS

AQR have strategic partnerships with a number of leading organisations around the world. These are either for the supply of AQR products or training and development programmes. We will even work with organisations to develop bespoke products for their specific sector or territory. We also work in partnership with a number of universities and other educational establishments around the world – collaborating on research projects and in the development of new applications for our measures (see Our Partners)

DISTRIBUTORS & AGENTS

AQR's strategy is to enter new territories & market sectors through partnership with distributors and agents. AQR offers access to some unique products and an opportunity to build a business around these offerings.

What Support do AQR provide?

•We train you and your staff to understand our products and there applications and administer them.

•We provide materials for promotional activity, presentations and training

• Support for Promotional events

• Regular updates - new case studies, PR activities, NPD (New Product Development), CPD etc

• Support with technical issues

• Discounted pricing structure

What Type of Organisations are Distributors/Agents?

Our Distributors and Agents recognise the opportunities that involvement with innovative psychometrics can bring to their organisation:

• They are ambitious and have a well resourced plan for growth.

• They have an infrastructure that is capable of dealing with queries during normal working hours in their territory.

• They have a significant presence in some or all of the following markets: Occupational, Education, Health, Social or Sports.

• They are interested in Coaching, Stress Management, Developing Peak Performance, Leadership Development and Assessment and Selection of staff.

ASSOCIATES 

Our core Associate network consists of independent consultants who operate both as Agents for AQR’s services, tools and tests and use these in their own delivery work products. Associates also deliver fee paying training programmes on our behalf.

We are looking for individuals who have a:

• Special (or unique) knowledge or expertise in a discipline, skill, sector, etc

• Commitment to use and promote AQR’s products and training

• Commitment to business development, we work with Associates to develop business opportunities.

Associates should be:

• Prepared to work together with AQR and fellow associates: sharing knowledge and experience and developing new products (innovative courses, applications for tests, etc)

• Open to forming groupings to exploit specific opportunities, e.g. a specific sector, industry, region

• Prepared to train and develop others and introduce AQR products and services to their networks

• Interested in delivering AQR or fellow associates projects, with some degree of availability.
