The programme is designed to enable participants to understand:
- What leadership is & how it differs from management – in very practical, down to earth terms
- How to assess leadership style – especially their own
- The implications of that adopted style
- How to develop ones leadership style
The programme comes with a comprehensive workbook which enables participants to personalise the programme as well as providing information about tools and techniques.

- Understanding that leadership is situational and what that means

The Organisation and You
- Looking at adopted style and assess needs at an organisational level
- Examine appropriate ideas for development
Putting it all into practice – incorporating tools and techniques
- Creating action plans and agreeing how that plan will work
- Monitoring
The programme has been developed as a 2 day programme, but may be delivered as a condensed version over one day. It can be extended with one to one coaching. There is also a train the trainer version for coaches trainers and facilitators which is designed to enable participants to effectively deliver the workshop.
The programme is usually run is an in-house course to enable the content to be adapted to what is required specifically for the client. However we do run generic open versions (particularly the trainer the trainer version so please check our Events page
