- Individual Report - This is the report you would give back to a candidate who had completed the assessment as their feedback report. This describes their results offers a narrative and scale-by-scale break down what these numbers really mean.
- Personal Development Report - This report identifies gaps between the benchmark and individual's scores and comments on their possible significance whilst offering coaching and development suggestions in response to these findings.
- Selection Report - This report compares the individual's scores with the benchmark and indicates a "goodness of fit" percentage. Any gaps are identified and sample interview questions, in response to these findings, are provided.
- Succession Planning Report - This enables you to either compare several individuals against one benchmark (this is often used in recruitment) or compare one individual against several benchmarks (this is often used as a succession planning function, as the name suggests!)
- Working Characteristics - This report can be used alone or with the Selection Report and indicates the candidate's position in relation to Compensation Preference, Focus on Work, Tolerance for Risk and Preference for Change

- Benchmark Development Report - produced when a benchmark is developed using either the Job description survey or concurrent study methos. This provides detailed descriptions of the scale ranges together with information on how Prevue used the existing candidate data or JDS ratings to develop the benchmark.
- Benchmark Description Report - produced once a benchmark is finalised this report provides detailed descriptions of the scale ranges along with useful advise on how Prevue's benchmarking facilty should be used

- Candidate Development Report - provides clear feedback, plus development suggestions and actions to improve performance on each scale.
- Assessment Report - designed for recruitment, gives clear feedback on four scales and at least five questions on each scale to enable managers to probe specific scores more effectively.
- Coaching Report - gives clear feedback on 4 scales plus suggested coaching & development actions designed to compliment the development report and assist the manager/coach in guiding the individual more effectively.
- Distance Travelled Report - This is a comparison report based on a current and previous assessment for an individual.
- Organisational Development Report - This analyses scores on each scale for selected groups to identify trends and patterns

MTQ48 in Education
AQR has developed versions of the MTQ48 questionnaire suitable fo use with children and young people (Secondary and Further/Higher Ed). The reports are design to be used by teachers in feedback sessions (group or individual) This would then ideally be followed by a programme of interventions for those that require assistance in developing their mental toughness.

- A behavioural genetic study of mental toughness and personality -
Department of Psychology, University of Western Ontario - The study was the first investigation of mental toughness, as measured by the 48-item mental toughness (MTQ48) questionnaire, and relationships between the Big-5 factors of personality
- Mental toughness: managerial and age differences -
The purpose of the study was to investigate whether employees at various levels of managerial positions (e.g. senior, middle, and junior) exhibit different levels of mental toughness. In addition, the study sought to explore possible effects of age on mental toughness.
