MTQ48, ILM72, Prevue and Career Mapper are all designed to be extremely user friendly and only usually require one or two days training (depending on your knowledge of psychometrics). Workshops cover - understanding the model, the scales, its context, handling feedback and administration of the measure.
Even those who have experience of using this type of instrument (including those with Level A or Level B training) will find these programmes extremely useful. This is particularly so with MTQ48 and ILM72 which use unique models and concepts.
Training is delivered in two ways:
On site workshop (max 10 delegates) - if there are a number of people within the organisation who will be using the measure. This is the most effective method of delivery.
Open Workshops - usually held at our offices in Rossett.
