You can access all the benefits of using our products via our Bureau service . This enables the user to avoid incurring the cost of training courses or in-house set up Test administration is provided form this office using the world wide web. Many of our partners also offer this service.
Examples of customers who use this service are:
Smaller companies who do not regularly engage in large recruitment/ development activities - it may not be cost effective for these companies to buy the software and incur the cost of licensed user training.
Urgent recruitment activity - the organisation may wish to use Prevue for a recruitment/development activity that is going to happen at short notice. There may not be time to install the software and receive training before the event happens.
Product trials - A new customer may want to trial the Prevue measure before deciding if it will be suitable for their activities. They can do this through the bureau service.
The bureau service offers you the opportunity to assess individuals without the responsibility of processing the data yourself. The requirement is that the test taker has access to a computer which has are;liable connection to the web. The candidate should be able to complete the test in a location which is free from interruption and support or help form others. You are responsible for verifying the identity of the tets taker.
The process involves a few simple steps common to all products:
You provide the candidate's names and email addresses .We email invitations containing user names and passwords, instructions and the web links to the requiring testing website(s)
The individuals/candidates complete the questionnaire,on-line (facilitated through full on-screen instructions). The data is automatically sent back to our office.
The data is automatically processed and reports are generated
Reprts are sent back to you by e-mail
You incorporate the reports into your decision-making processes/development exercises.
In the case of Prevue we would first work with you to generate a benchmark (profile) for the relevant job/s
