On-line Testing
Our measures are available to individuals via our online bureau service. Organisations are requested to contact us for prices for product trials and group assessments.
Payments
Payment can be made using either credit or debit card. Payments are made via the WorldPay system, this provides you with a high level of security. At the point you are required to enter your credit card details, you are transferred to a secure WorldPay server that uses advanced encryption techniques when you submit your credit card details. We do not receive details of your credit card, only confirmation that you have paid. If you would prefer to make payment by cheque or bank transfer please contact us to arrange this.
Acknowledgment and accceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Acceptance of your order online will be completed through our WorldPay Online Payment System. Once WorldPay process is completed your unique password to log in to the online test together with instructions for completinf the assessment will be emailed to you. At this point the contract for our sale and your purchase of the test shall be made.
Legal compliance
AQR Ltd's refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
Your rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. This is with the exception of orders which have been completed in part, that is you have already used the password provided by AQR Ltd to access or complete the assessment whether or not you have received reports back from us.
How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 days 'cooling off' period, please email us at headoffice@aqr.co.uk quoting your order reference, name and email address.
Refunds due to cancellation
Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period, provided you have not accessed or completed the assessment, we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.
