Doug Strycharczyk - Managing Director

Doug has more than 30 years experience in a variety of Line, HR & Consultancy roles with a number of blue chip businesses. In 1989 he founded AQR In 1989 (as TCA Consultants) now recognised as one of the most innovative (and fast growing) test publishers in the world.
Doug's areas of expertise include development of Psychometric Tests and Programmes –playing a key role in developing MTQ48 and ILM72, Organisational Development, Senior Management/Leadership Development and Top Team Assessment.
And more recently, within the Education Sector. Now working in the education sector to develop programmes and approaches which attend to student wellbeing /satisfaction, employability, performance and transition.

Claudine Rowlands - Support Services Director

Claudine is responsible for managing the support functions for AQR, supporting our network of distributors, agents/associates and partners. Also providing customer service, training, IT and technical support to our end user clients, as well as managing the administrative and financial operations of the company.
She brings to AQR experience in a number of areas including finance, sales support/customer service, marketing and product management having held roles across a variety of sectors from printing and production through to the leisure industry.

Monika Czwerenko – Marketing & Business Development Executive

Monika is responsible for overseas marketing and development within AQR. Her role in the organisation is to make our high quality psychometric tools available to each country worldwide. She also takes a major role in promotional and marketing strategy in the occupational market closer to home particularly focused around our 360 and Employee Survey tools.. She has valuable experience working in the European Integration Committee during the Polish accession to EU as well as being active member of the university organisation where she was focused on maintenance of cross border contacts..
She speaks English and Polish (native speaker) and is currently developing her Spanish, Dutch and German language skills.

Cathy Blades - Managing Consultant - TCA Consultants

Cathy manages training and Development activities at TCA Consultants (AQR’s training and consultancy division.) As part of this role she has been responsible for the accreditation of AQR as an ILM Centre enabling us to offer a wide range of leadership, management and coaching programmes at Levels 2, 3, 5 and 7. She has a proven track record in successfully designing, marketing and delivering management and professional skills training programmes.
She also project manages TCA’s consultancy programmes and as a ILM accredited coach delivers on a number of our programmes

Helen Lloyd – Training & Events Coordinator

Helen is responsible for the day to day operation of the training and consultancy side of AQR's business activities. This includes managing and supporting our agents and associate network, co-ordinating training programmes and consultancy activities. She also co-ordinates our conference programme.
She is an experienced training resourcer having previously working in this sector for major training providers - Bray Leino Broadskill and THE.. She also brings to AQR project management and customer service skills having also been involved in project managing web based design programmes and training.

Bethan Greenall – Product Development Manager

Bethan’s primary focus is the development and enhancement of our measures and development programmes. She also heads up our research programmes and projects. She will also be instrumental in developing our online presence via social media and will be involved in the wider promotion of our models and measures both in the UK and worldwide
Bethan has a Masters in Psychology from Manchester Business School. She is currently working with us on a KTP (Knowledge Transfer Partnership) from the University of Hull.

Katie Lowe – Business Development Executive

Katie is focussed on providing customer support and promotional activities in the education and development of young people sectors - which are currently the fastest growing elements of our business. A key part of her role is promoting our young person’s programmes including MTQ for Young People, UCanPass and related programmes,
Katie brings some valuable expertise to AQR. She has previously worked with TCA/AQR from 1990 until 2004 when she left to start a family. She was with AQR when we first became involved with Prevue and was a key player in the launch of MTQ48

Helen Murray - Business Development Executive

Helen has recently joined AQR after taking a career break to start a family. She studied Psychology at the University of Birmingham and is looking forward to developing her interest in Psychology through her work at AQR. Helen also brings experience in customer service to the role, having a background in this sector prior to her career break.
She is focused on supporting our partners in promoting our joint offerings incorporating MTQ48 and mental toughness
