Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring Programmes
For the first time in the Gulf region, AQR will be offering the Institute of Leadership and Management’s (ILM) Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.
Executive Coaching is widely recognised as one of the most important growth areas in coaching enabling senior managers and leaders to become more effective in their roles. It is particularly effective in supporting senior leaders in developing a coaching culture in their organisations.
Delivered by one of the UK’s leading authorities in Coaching, Dr Christian van Nieuwerburgh, the programme offers you the opportunity to develop the key skills and competencies in coaching and mentoring which are required to work with senior leaders in organisations and with those who aspire to such leadership.
The qualification is awarded by the ILM, Europe’s largest management body. Part of the City and Guilds Group, the ILM is well-established in the United Arab Emirates and has its regional headquarters for the Gulf in Dubai.
The programme fee is 12,000 AED per delegate.
