Doug Strycharczyk - Managing Director
Doug possesses more than 30 years experience in a variety of Line, HR & Consultancy roles with a number of businesses in the private and public sectors. Most recently he was the Head of Operations for Castrol (UK) Ltd - managing the largest lubricants manufacturing operation in Europe - at the same time as being Head of HR.
In 1989 he founded TCA Consultants Ltd - a management consultancy focused on helping organisations to improve performance through their people and through better processes which has more recently evolved into the company
Doug's areas of expertise include: Organisational Development (including Business and HRD planning), Introduction of Business Improvement Programmes, Senior Management/Leadership Development and Top Team Assessment.

Claudine Rowlands - Support Services Director
Claudine is responsible for managing the sales support function for AQR, supporting our network of distributors, agents/associates and partners. Also providing customer service, training, IT and technical support to our end user clients, as well as managing the administrative and financial operations of the company.
She brings to AQR experience in a number of areas including finance, administration, sales support/customer service, marketing and product management roles across a variety of sectors from printing and production through to the leisure industry.

Monika Czwerenko - Marketing Executive
Monika is responsible for marketing in AQR. Her role in the organisation is to make our high quality psychometric tools available to each country worldwide. She is responsible for the marketing strategy development and implementation within the organisation, CRM and web-site management. She has valuable experience working in the European Integration Committee during the Polish accession to EU as well as being active member of the university organisation where she was focused on maintenance of cross border contacts. Monika has also worked as a Customer Service Advisor in Cap Gemini.
She speaks English and Polish (native speaker) and is currently developing her Spanish, Dutch and German language skills.

Cathy Blades - Managing Director - TCA Consultants
Cathy leads the Training and Development division of AQR, TCA Consultants. As part of this role she has been responsible for the recent accreditation of AQR Ltd as an ILM Centre enabling us to offer a wide range of leadership, management and coaching programmes at Levels 2, 3, 5 and 7. She has a proven track record in successfully designing, marketing and delivering management and professional skills training programmes.
Having recently joined TCA from EEF where she oversaw a wide portfolio of training and development programmes to EEF member companies and clients organisations of all sizes in all sectors, including over 80 open courses. Over 1000 delegates per annum attended their open programmes and over 85% of delegates rated the programmes as very good - excellent. 82% of business was repeat customers or from recommendations. Cathy is recognised as one of the leading organisers of training and development programmes in the UK. In the last 6 years the EEF training and development turnover in the North West trebled. Cathy also spearheaded the development of accredited training programmes which enabled EEF to become one of the most active Centres for the Institute of Leadership and Management in the North West.
Prior to her role at EEF, Cathy was MD of a North West College Company which delivered development programmes to over 200 managers per year, leading to Certificates and Diplomas in Management or Marketing, gaining Centre of Excellence Awards from both the Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Cathy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI)

Helen Lloyd - Sales Support Executive
Helen is responsible for the day to day operation of the training and consultancy side of AQR's business activities. This includes managing and supporting our agents and associate network, managing training and consultancy resources and administrative activities around our consultancy activities.
She is an experienced training resourcer having previously working in this sector for major training providers - Bray Leino Broadskill and THE.. She also brings to AQR project management and customer service skills having also been involved in project managing web based design programmes and training.

Claire De Winter - Systems Development Manager
Claire is responsible for our in-house IT systems development. Her role is to develop and enhance our web based tools to ensure that AQR remains at the leading edge of the psychometric and consultancy sector. She is currently working with us on a KTP (Knowledge Transfer Partnership) from Glyndwr University.
Claire has been instrumental in developing the web sites for our measures in conjunction with Glyndwr University where she was employed prior to coming to AQR.
Claire has a degree in Computing: Analysis and Programming and has received the following Awards : Cisco Certified Network Associate (i), Cisco Certified Network Associate (ii), Glyndwr university Certificate in Web Systems Development (ASP.NET)

Tess MLH (Master of Laughter & Happiness)
Visitors to AQR's offices in Chester are likely to meet Tess.
She has proved expert in her own techniques for assessment - checking each new visitor thoroughly before bestowing her seal of approval (it helps to bring biscuits).
Our postman seems to have developed some sort of relationship with Tess. Each day she is in the office she will sit patiently by the door until he arrives and dispenses the statutory biscuit - and on the days she is not there he sulks!
Whatever is going on and whatever the weather this is one member of the team who is guaranteed to bring a smile to our lips.
