Global Partners - Agents and Distributors
AQR operates in the market through two main channels:
Distributors & Agents
The most important channel and the key to enabling us to enter and develop new markets. Generally these are organisations that already provide HR products and services - This is the main access to our products and services (see Global Coverage).
AQR's own sales/consultancy team
Focused on markets and sectors where distributors are either not appropriate or where opportunity exists and no agent or distributor is yet active.
AQR's unique and innovative range of products and services provide an excellent opportunity for ambitious organisations in territories across the world. These products - MTQ48, Prevue, Career Mapper and ILM72 - provide the opportunity to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
We have an ambitious but realistic plan to take our products into every territory in the world. Our tools already have been translated into several languages which already allow us to operate in 75% of the world market.

What support can a distributor expect?
AQR offers its Distributors & Agents access to some unique products together with a full support package including training, sales & marketing strategies, web-site support, and ongoing support from AQR Ltd.
Our products are designed to be extremely user friendly and all are available in on-line format. There is also value adding training & development programmes available for clients and individuals.

Who are we looking for?
- You are a medium sized business which recognises the opportunities that involvement with innovative psychometrics can bring to your organisation.
- You are ambitious and have a well resourced plan for growth.
- You have an infrastructure that is capable of dealing with queries during normal working hours in your territory.
- You have a significant presence in some or all of the following markets: Occupational, Education, Health, Social or Sports.
- You are interested in Coaching, Stress Management, Developing Peak Performance, Leadership Development and Assessment and Selection of staff.
